NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase on www.jitsie.com to make a return. The returned item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all the original product hangtags attached. Please submit the return form online before sending anything back to us. After receiving confirmation of our customer service team, the products can be returned to our warehouse in Belgium.

Please follow these simple steps to make a return to Jitsie:

  1. print out the completed return form and enclose it in the package together with the item(s) you are returning
  2. send the package to:

  3. please keep a shipment proof from your returned package

WHAT ABOUT A REFUND?

Once we have received your package with the returned item(s) and our staff have checked and approved it, we'll initiate a refund within five working days to your credit card or the original method of payment. Any shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable. The shipping costs for returns to, and exchanges from, are not covered by Jitsie. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it could take a couple of days for the refund to show up on your account.

WARRANTY

Jitsie guarantees that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply in the following cases:

  1. ageing due to normal wear and tear
  2. improper assembly, installation, repair or lack of proper maintenance
  3. modifications or alterations made to the product
  4. damage caused by a crash or an accident
  5. inadequate fitment
  6. usage other than intended for trials

Jitsie makes no other express warranties or guarantees. If you suspect that your Jitsie product has a defect, please contact our customer service team at support@jitsie.com. Jitsie shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

For warranty claims on Jitsie products purchased from an authorised Jitsie reseller, please submit your warranty claim with that authorised reseller.
