SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER
All orders placed before 2pm (CET) on working days (Monday-Friday) are handled the same day and will be shipped out via UPS standard service. Orders placed after 2pm (CET) or on weekends will be processed and shipped out the next working day. Orders including bicycles or custom products are shipped as soon as possible.
The list of countries that Jitsie ships to and the corresponding UPS standard service shipping cost per country can be found below. Bicycles have a fixed handling and shipping cost per country. Their value does not counts towards the free shipping minimum as stated below. Always provide a physical address on all orders. International orders may be subject to duties & taxes required by their country for which Jitsie has no responsibility. Jitsie does not accept nor ship any orders to Russia.
