The importance of a straight chain line
Having a straight chain line means that the chain runs completely straight from the freewheel to the rear sprocket. And that is really important on a trials bicycle. The straighter the chain, the longer it will take for it to wear out and the fewer mechanical losses it creates when pedalling. In this video, Jitsie's R&D manager Maxime talks about how to use spacers correctly in order to obtain a perfect chain line on your Jitsie trials bike.
